Digital service only: Decoding HCM provides online typing practice and digital features. No physical products are shipped through this Website.

Digital delivery

Where a paid digital feature is offered, access is generally provided online after payment confirmation and system processing. Activation may take additional time due to payment confirmation, network or technical issues.

Delayed or missing access

If payment succeeded but purchased access is unavailable, contact us with the transaction reference and the account identifier used for the purchase. Do not share passwords, card numbers, CVV or OTPs. We will verify the transaction and help restore access or guide you through the refund process if access cannot be provided.

Shipping charges

As no physical goods are shipped, physical shipping charges and delivery addresses do not apply. Any digital feature price and applicable charges will be shown before payment.
